Louis XV firescreen with roses in gilt bronze

This firescreen was made of gilt bronze in the late 20th century.
Its curved and countercurved edges are typicale of the Louis XV style that highlights the use of acanthus leaves and shells for the decoration that we find here and there in this curves succession. On the central motif and on the top, we notice the presence of small roses of which the chisel quality has to be underlined as dor the rest of the Rococo decoration.
