This large mantel was sculpted in the late 18th century out of a very beautiful beige stone.
The serpentine entablature receives on its center an important stylized shell underlined by an oblong moulding. It rests on jambs with a sculpted and paneled decoration with flutes. Our mantel doesn't have sides but is it is possible to make them on request.
This fireplace is sold without any fireplace insert nor marble floor but could be made to order (please ask for marble availability).
