This beautiful large Regence style antique fireplace in magnificent violet Breche marble was made in the 19th century. The slightly curved entablature is carved with a shell among foliage and flowers. The corbel shaped jambs feature hollowed-out fluting.
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert but without any marble floor. This could be made to order.
