This Louis XVI period mantel was carved in Sarrancolin marble. The straight entablature is flanked in the corners by two square rosettes, characteristic of the art under Louis XVI. The slightly curved jambs are simply decorated with rudentures.
This fireplace is sold without any fireplace insert nor marble floor but could be made to order (please ask for marble availability).
