Of exceptionally monumental proportions, this Louis XV style antique fireplace in superb Breche of Seravezza marble was made in the 19th century. The carved decoration is plump, like the rounded jambs. Large shells with foliage adorn the upper parts of the legs, while the lower parts are embellished with acanthus leaves.
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert but without any marble floor. This could be made to order.
