Beautiful antique Louis XV style fireplace made out of a white Carrara marble in the 19th century. The scalloped frieze is carved in its center with a reverse shell from which escape garlands of flowers and fleshy acanthus leaves.
Jambs with windings are also adorned with acanthus leaves and small shells.
Both sides of the fireplace are paneled.
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order.
