This antique Louis XV style fireplace was made during the 19th century in Carrara marble which gives brightness and whiteness to this fireplace. According to the three shells model, the winding jambs support a frieze ornated with two small shells at the rounded corners and with a larger one at its center.
This fireplace is sold with its original enameled insert but without the original marble floor. This one could be made to order.
