Pair of Fluted Stone Columns – Doric Style, Late 18th Century

An elegant pair of carved limestone columns in the Doric style, dating from the late 18th century. Each column is composed of stacked fluted drums resting on a molded circular base set on a square plinth. The capital is adorned with a stylized drop frieze beneath a broad molded abacus. The original patina and traces of moss highlight their authenticity. These architectural elements are ideal for historic restoration projects or for decorative use in gardens or interior settings.
