This pair of molded double doors features rich painted ornamentation on one side, the other in natural wood. The decoration is divided into three parts, the upper and lower frames being identical: a complex interlacing motif surrounds a flower, echoing the four smaller flowers in the corners. The high central compartments repeat the motif of the four rosettes in the corners, and are decorated with leafy scrolls and, in the center, lions’ heads. The handles are richly worked. The reverse of the door, although in natural wood, repeats the moldings of the more ornate side.
