This Louis XIV style mantel was made of Red of the North marble in the late 19th century.
It's the Bolection model that we find all around the opening of the mantel lightened up with a small fluted acroterion.
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order (please ask for marble availability).
