Beautiful antique Louis XVI style fireplace made out of statuary Carrara marble, comes from the Hotel de Crillon in Paris

This beautiful antique Louis XVI style fireplace was made out of Statuary Carrara marble during the 19th century. The carved decoration of the fireplace is of an exceptional quality. The pearled entablature is decorated with a twisted ribbon feature, which is also found on both legs. The legs are topped with rolled features in high relief that are decorated with acanthus leaves. The head of the entablature is carved square rosettes, and are also on the sides of the entablature.
Sides of the fireplace are paneled.
This fireplace comes from the Hotel de Crillon in Paris.
This antique fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert but without any hearth. A hearth could be made to order.
