This beautiful Louis XV period was realized in the 18th century. Its marble Red of Rance or ""Old Rance"" is the most used marble in Versailles Palace . The shell of the entablature is framed by beautiful scrolls, which unfurl in the jambs. Its decoration is an authentic testimony of fashion during the reign of Louis XV, and of the spirit of the Louis XV style as it developed in the aristocratic dwellings of the time.
This fireplace is sold without any fireplace insert nor marble floor but could be made to order.
