This Louis XVI style mantel was made in the late 19th century in half statuary marble.
Its straight header is adorned with a laurel crown and is supported by jambs taking the shape of half columns with a fluted bole and capitals adorned with acanthus leaves.
Its splendid earthenware inser, adorned with an enamelled decor depicting plants, is signed by the Loebnitz factory.
This fireplace is sold with its original enameled insert and with its marble floor.
